The E-Info function of E-Branch allows you to view personal and account information. You also have the ability to change some of this information. Personal Information Click on Personal Information to view information such as your name, Social Security Number, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. You may change the address, telephone number, and email address from this screen. Making changes, however, from this screen will only change the information on E-Branch. The information will not be changed on your account or checks. You will receive a message reminding you of this at the time that changes are made.
Account Information Click on Account Information to view a list of accounts set up on E-Branch. This includes the accounts that are not available at this time. Click Details to view information such as Routing Number, Account Number, and Account Type. You may remove this account from your E-Branch services by clicking Delete. Back at the Account Information screen, click Add to add additional accounts to your E-Branch services. The only thing that you will need to enter is the account number of the account that you wish to access via E-Branch. Please note that you must use an equal sign (=) instead of a hyphen (-) in your account number. Example 123=014 instead of 123-014. To avoid problems in adding accounts, please do not change any of the other numbers on this screen. Accounts added on E-Branch will not be available immediately. For security reasons, all added accounts must be verified by UCFCU staff before they become available to you. Accounts are verified daily. From the main Account Information screen, you may also delete accounts by clicking in the circle next to the desired account. Then click Delete below the list of accounts.
Change Security Code You may change your security code as often as you like. Click on Change Security Code. Enter your current Security Code in the box labeled Current Security Code. Enter your new Security Code in the boxes labeled New Security Code and Verify Security Code. If you do not know your Current Security Code, please call the credit union at 931-484-9433 extension 33 for information on resetting and/or changing your Security Code.
