Under the Self-Service Tab the E-Info function of E-Branch allows you to view personal and account information. You also have the ability to change some of this information.
Personal Information - Click on Personal Information to view information such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. You may change the address, telephone number, and email address from this screen. Making changes, however, from this screen will only change the information on E-Branch. The information will not be changed on your account or checks. You will receive a message reminding you of this at the time that changes are made.
Change Security Code - You may change your security code as often as you like. Click on Change Security Code. Enter your current Security Code in the box labeled Current Security Code. Enter your new Security Code in the boxes labeled New Security Code and Verify Security Code. If you do not know your Current Security Code, please call the credit union at 931-484-9433 extension 136 for information on resetting and/or changing your Security Code.
Change Log on ID - You may change your log on ID as often as you like. Click on Change Log On ID. It will display your current log on ID. Enter your new Log on ID and verify the new Log on ID. Click OK. Log on ID is changed.
