Funds can be transferred between UCFCU accounts via E-Branch using the E-Teller function. There are two different types of transfers that can be done from this screen-- immediate or scheduled. An immediate transfer will occur immediately, while a scheduled transfer will occur when and how often you specify.
Immediate Transfers
Click on Transfer Funds. Under Account Information, use the drop down arrows to choose FROM Account and TO Account. Under Transfer Information, enter the amount you would like to transfer. Choose Immediate. Click OK. A gray dialog box will appear. Verify that the transfer information is correct and click OK. When the transfer is complete, you will receive a confirmation screen with a confirmation number and the details of the transfer. If there is a problem with the transfer, you will receive an error message notifying you that there was a problem with the transfer.
Scheduled Transfers
Click on Transfer Funds. Under Account Information, use the drop down arrows to choose FROM Account and TO Account. Under Transfer Information, enter the amount you would like to transfer. Choose Scheduled. Enter the Next Date you would like the transfer to occur. Use the drop down arrow to choose how often you would like the transfer to occur. In the frequency box enter how many times you would like the transfer to occur. Click OK. A gray dialog box will appear. Verify that the transfer information is correct and click OK. When the transfer is complete, you will receive a confirmation screen with a confirmation number and the details of the transfer. If there is a problem with the transfer, you will receive an error message notifying you that there was a problem with the transfer.
