Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union has offered Credit Union financed land and home loans for over 20 years.  Credit Union financed land and home loans can be used to finance homes, single-wide mobile homes, double wide mobile homes, and land.  Non-Conforming Loans are best for people that want to finance for 15 years or less.  Home owners pay a minimum 20% downpayment on these loans.
