Beware of Phishing!

Phishing refers to criminal attempts to steal personal financial information such as credit card numbers, account usernames/passwords, or social security numbers through fraudulent emails, web sites, and most recently through recorded telephone messages.

Here are some tips for spotting these kinds of fraud attempts:

Tries to entice you into providing personal information
Makes an urgent appeal that your account may be closed
Requests you update security information through a secondary source
Contains spelling error's or other types of errors

Remember, Upper Cumberland Federal Credit Union will not ask you for your personal information by any of these means.
